Services Plan Report:

Has been fixed so that in the Meeting Type section, the description is now populated only on the line of the selected meeting type for either Review Other than Annual Review or Other. Previously, the description populated on both lines of the Review Other than Annual Review and Other, regardless of which meeting type was selected in the form. [Read more »]

eSMOC Ohio Transcript:

The transcript report would not run and gave too many rows error. This issue was caused by a student taking the same current year course (same course ID) with a different timetable ID. A function was modified to check for the timetable ID as well as the course ID match.

eSMOC Ohio Transcript:

The transcript package was modified to accomodate schools that use both alpha and numeric marks.  Before the change a school had to use alpha or numeric marks or the calculation would not be right.

Dates Between the Child Tab and Part 13 of the IEP:

The aforementioned SPED forms were fixed so that IEP Start, IEP End and Next IEP Review dates are synchronized on the Child tab and Part 13 of the IEP (SEWOH70B) and the SP Start, SP End and Next SP Review dates are synchronized on the Child tab and Part 4 of the Services Plan (SEWOH210).

Date of Next IEP Review:

On tab 13, the Date of next IEP Review which had an invalid date was causing some problems for the user to continue. This is now fixed.

EMIS FY12 GQ Students programs not returned to Dec 1 end date (K):

Previously, the Student Program (GQ) extract was not including students if they were admitted after count week.  Now, the Student Program (GQ) file includes records for students that were admitted post count week that have a SE Grade Level of PS up to and including Dec. 1st.

eSMOC Ohio Transcript:

The scripts were modified to allow printing and calculating of courses that have a final mark above 100.

Staff Details Screen:

The Staff Details screen (SCH044) has been fixed so that a staff that is currently assigned as a faculty to a team in the current school is prevented from being transferred to another school. [Read more »]

EMIS FY12 (GQ) Student Receiving Duplication of Related Services Program Counts (K):

Previously, duplicate records were incorrectly reported in the Student Program (GQ) EMIS extract when a student's grade level changed.  Now, only one set of records is reported for students.
 
Additional Notes: If a student is demoted from KG to Preschool during the reporting period, the GQ Student Programs Extract no longer replicates the program number for the student. [Read more »]

FS Extract:

Previously, an oracle error message was received when running the Student Standing Record (FS) extract.  A script has been created and the error message no longer occurs.

DQ and DR:

The District General Information extracts DQ (October (K)) and DR (June (N)) have been removed from All Extracts and the individual extract.  The EMIS191 extract labeled District Files is no longer available.  The existing elements have moved to the DL and DN extracts. [Read more »]
