Rates for Studio / Bridge use:

Non-profit groups must schedule events 30 days in advance to have priority over profit groups.
A trained representative for the studio must be present in the Four County Vocational School Building while the studio is being used.
Coffee will be provided for groups of 5 people or less and will be included in the cost of the use of the studio. If there are more than 5 members in a group using the studio: coffee, rolls, soft drinks, etc. must be ordered from approved caterers at the expense of the group using the studio.
Parking will be provided free of charge.
There must be a 30 minute "setup period" between each conference. Conferences will not be scheduled "back-to-back".
If extra hours are scheduled and not used, groups will be charged for the full amount of hours scheduled.
If the studio is available, extra time may be used by a group engaged in a teleconference. Any portion of an extra hour will be charged as a full hour.
The first studio teleconference (3 hours maximum) by a group will be charged to the ImagiNET grant funds until the funds are depleted. All succeeding teleconferences will be charged the rates indicated in the above table.
Groups are expected to return the studio to the condition in which they found it (chairs and tables returned to original locations, papers disposed, etc.)
Scheduled studio and/or video network usage not canceled at least 48 hours in advance will be billed as though utilized.
