The Edgerton Local Schools compete in the
Green Meadows Conference. There is inter-
scholastic competition in football, volleyball,
basketball, wrestling, baseball, and track.
The Edgerton Recreation Association sponsors
summer recreation programs in baseball and softball.
The High school sports complex is one of the best in the
area. There is a little league complex, a small park near the
Town Hall and a 76 acre Miller Park at the west side of
the village. Miller park offers a softball/baseball
complex, volleyball courts, horseshoe courts, one acre
for swimming and fishing, a shelter house, and enclosed
pavilion. This park is still developing and will offer
much more in the future. Golf, fishing, camping, and
winter sports are available nearby. the turnpike and
inter states offer easy access to college and professional
sports and cultural activities.
