| My book is titled
"Return of the Home Run Kid." It's about a boy named Sylvester who is batting
badly in baseball after coming off an awesome season. In other words, the
problem is he was an excellent batter last season because he had a coach
named Mr. Baruth. With this coach, he batted great. Then Mr. Baruth moved,
so Sylvester's (Syl) batting talents seemed to fade away. Things weren't
going so good.
Then a man named Cheeko met with Syl. Cheeko claimed to be friends with Mr. Baruth. He also was a baseball specialist. With Cheeko's help, he turns Sly into the home run hitter he used to be. But is Cheeko hiding something? Why was he so mysterious? What's his relations to these historic baseball players? These and other thoughts raced through Syl's head to create excitment in this book. This would lead me to rate this book pretty high. If you are interested in my summary if this book so far, you can get this book at your local library. Trust me, it is pretty good if you like baseball. It's a very good sports book. |
