Mrs. Westrick has taken classes at Northwest State Community College. She’s been working, at Holgate Local Schools for 19 years. She went to Holgate for High School. Her hobbies are reading, crocheting, and sewing. She was raised in Holgate, but has lived in New Bavaria since 1973. Her favorite subjects are Literature and Art. She is the media coordinator for the school. "I love helping children to succeed and enjoy the challenges my job brings everyday." She enjoys working on projects with the members of the HLS Tech Academy and the tutoring of students assigned to her. She also worked as an orthodontic assistant before working at Holgate.        

       She is married to Carl Westrick and has five children, Carla, Corey, Caitlyn, Carrie and Curt. They recently added their first grandchild to the family, Olivia Marie. So she is a grandma.
