Parents of kindergarten students that still need to
submit a certified birth certificate, social security
number, physical record, immunization record, or custody
papers may bring forms to either office before school
starts. Students must have the proper immunizations and a
doctor's physical before students can attend school.

- 1 pair of gym shoes to be kept at school

- 3 spiral notebooks (one subject wide rule only)
- Plastic supply box 4 x 8 inch (regular size, as the
bigger ones do not fit into the cubby basket)
- Please, NO trapper keepers. They do not fit into
the desks. Please label or
mark each item with a permanent marker.
Second

Beck
- 4 pencils per month (no pens)
- Box of crayons (24 only)
- 12 inch wooden ruler with centimeters and inches
- Pointed metal scissors (Fiskars are best)
- 1 large box of tissues (175 or more)
- Glue Stick
- 2 spiral notebooks of about 70 pages
- Gym shoes in a small drawstring bag or plastic bag
with handles
- 4 folders with pockets (1 for homework, 3 for
classroom work)
- Paint shirt
- Paint box with 8 water colors
- Pencil case-plastic with a zipper closing,
approximately 7" by 10"
- Please, no trapper keepers, large backpacks,
wheeled backpacks, or pencil boxes.
Please label or mark each

Third
Grade - Miss
Nartker and Mrs.
Wolf
- 1 spiral notebook (it will need to be
replaced as needed during the year)
- 1 pack of loose leaf notebook paper
- Crayons - 24 or 48
- Colored pencils
- Scissors (pointed, Fiskars work best, but any will
do)
- No. 2 pencils (2 a week)
- glue
- 6 - 10 folders (please have front and
back pockets and center fasteners. Plastic last longer
and won't need replacing as fast as the paper
ones)
- 1 Cube of post-it-notes
- 1 box of tissues
- 1 roll of paper towels
For Physical Education
- Shirt, shorts, and white socks
- Tennis shoes (to be worn only for PE classes)
- Drawstring bag to store all physical educational
items (no book bags)
- Please put names on all
items.
- Do Not Send: markers, mechanical pencils,
pens, rulers, pencil sharpeners, school boxes, or trapper
keepers. We do not have room for these items and they
will be sent home.
