Mr. Paul
Wayne went to college at Bowling Green State University. He has been teaching
for 31 years. All of his 31 years teaching have been at Holgate Local School
District. He teaches Physical Education, but his favorite subject is American
History. He was born in New Jersey. He went to high school in New York and
Michigan. Then went to college, and now he is here at Holgate. His hobbies
are watching all sports, but he also played some of them too. He likes to
read biographies of coaches, generals, politicians, and other successful
people. 
Here is a little information on the man we call "Coach Wayne". He loves to teach and coach, because it is really fun to work with young people. He loves to see their decision-making skills evolve as they grow older. He said, "It has been nice to be around so many hard workers," and that’s why he likes Holgate so much. He also added that he has been very fortunate to have a tremendous and supportive wife, Lisa and two wonderful children, Kelsey and Emily. |
