The North Richland-Adams Elementary School is one of three elementary buildings in the Northeastern Local School District.

The building, constructed in 1939, originally housed the K-12 students from the Jewell, Ohio area. After consolidating in the 1960's the building had K-8 students. Today N.R.A. has one class each in the 1-4 grade levels and has all four fifth grade and all four sixth grade classes in the school system.

Approximately 280 students are enrolled at N.R.A., where class size averages in the low to mid 20's.
