What is a PLN?

Professional Learning Networks (PLNs) or Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) are terms used to describe a network of people and resources that support ongoing learning. Northern Buckeye PD in collaboration with the Northwest Ohio Educational Service Center (NWOESC) have built several professional learning networks for school district personnel in our membership footprint.
